These Terms govern your use of the Uvaaj website (https://www.uvaaj.com), Chrome extension and related services (“Service”).

Uvaaj is operated by an individual in the United Kingdom under the AXOF Studios name.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://www.uvaaj.com/privacy.

Uvaaj is a contextual language-learning tool. The extension selectively replaces some English words on webpages with words in your chosen learning language and can provide pronunciation assistance.

Uvaaj is not a full-page translation service and may not replace every word or work on every website.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You may register using email/password or Google sign-in.

Your Uvaaj account may be used on multiple devices or browsers that you control. You must not share your account credentials with other people.

You must meet the minimum legal age required to enter into and pay for the Service in your country.

New users currently receive a 14-day free trial.

Payment details are not currently required to start the trial, and starting a trial does not automatically result in a charge. This may change going forward.

After the trial ends, you must start a paid subscription to continue accessing paid features.

We may change the length, availability or conditions of future trials. Any applicable trial conditions will be clearly shown before you start the trial.

Uvaaj currently offers:

• Monthly: £1.00 per month
• Yearly: £11.00 per year

Prices may vary by country and may change in the future.

When you start a paid subscription, payments are processed through Stripe.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval until cancelled.

If we change subscription pricing, we will provide appropriate notice before the new price applies to a future renewal where required.

You can cancel your subscription through the billing/customer portal linked to your Uvaaj account.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You will not be charged again after cancellation unless you restart your subscription.

You may request a refund within 48 hours of a subscription payment by contacting axofstudios@gmail.com.

After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights, including any cooling-off, cancellation or refund rights that apply to you.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to Uvaaj or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Abuse free trials or subscriptions
• Share account credentials with other people
• Scrape, copy or extract Uvaaj systems or data beyond normal personal use
• Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use Uvaaj in violation of applicable law or third-party website terms

You are responsible for how you use the extension on third-party websites. Uvaaj does not control those websites.

Uvaaj software, branding, designs and original content remain the property of Uvaaj, AXOF Studios or the relevant licensors.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

It does not transfer ownership of Uvaaj software or intellectual property to you.

We may add, change or remove features, supported languages, learning tools or other parts of Uvaaj as the Service develops.

We may also change subscription plans, prices and trial offers.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, language or third-party website compatibility will remain available permanently.

Uvaaj is provided on an “as available” basis.

We aim to provide an accurate and reliable Service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Compatibility with every website or browser configuration
• That every eligible word will be replaced
• Completely error-free translations or pronunciation guidance
• Particular language-learning results

Uvaaj is intended as a learning aid and should not be relied upon as a professional translation service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Uvaaj is intended for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or other commercial losses resulting from use of the Service.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.

You may stop using Uvaaj and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Misuse or attempt to compromise the Service
• Abuse trials or subscriptions
• Fail to make required payments
• Use the Service unlawfully

Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating access.

Uvaaj uses third-party services including Stripe, Google, Vercel and Neon.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Uvaaj is not responsible for third-party websites that you visit while using the Chrome extension.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country which these Terms do not remove.

We may update these Terms as Uvaaj develops or where legal, operational or commercial requirements change.

The latest version will be published at https://www.uvaaj.com/terms and the “Last updated” date will be revised.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
